Smoked salmon, capers, tomato and cream cheese bagel
Sometimes it's the simplest sarnies that give us the most pleasure. By using the best ingredients, these fellas can punch way above their weight and this smoked salmon bagel is no exception.

40g smoked salmon
1 tsp capers, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 tsp chives, finely chopped
1/2 vine-ripened tomato, thinly sliced
1 sesame seed bagel, halved
Lightly toast the bagel halves before spreading the cream cheese on the bottom slice.
Sprinkle the chives and capers over the cream cheese. Layer with smoked salmon and tomato. And finally, close up with the top half of the bagel.
