Salame di felino, chargrilled artichokes and rocket
A little slice of Italy. Delizioso.

8 slices of salame di felino
30g chargrilled artichokes in olive oil
A handful of rocket leaves
2 x focaccia
Not much to do for this one. Don't let that fool you though, this fella makes for a great lunchtime sarny.
Pre-heat the sandwich press.
Drain the olive oil from the artichokes and break the leaves up a little.
Slice the focaccia open and pile up the ingredients inside. Close them up and pop them in the press for 5 minutes, until golden brown on the outside of the focaccia and heated right through.
Job done.
