We’re a nation of sandwich lovers. From the humble bacon butty to the carefully constructed Christmas leftovers, we gobble up 11 billion a year in the UK alone. Filling is a cookbook and app dedicated to this extraordinary meal; full of recipes, suggestions and ideas for the sandwich enthusiast. Written, designed and eaten by me.
